Later in the day Jessica took to her facebook to share a mini lamb recipe, that she cooked to perfection.

“made rack of lamb tonight for Sunday dinner for hubbs n myself and it actually turned out great! super tender and everything… we marinated it in garlic salt, rosemary and olive oil then roasted it 400 f for 10 min flipped them on 300 f for 7 min. so excited I have another go to for dinner parties -cornish hens and roasted chicken have met their match!!!“
