Jessica Alba heads to the gym for a workout on Tuesday (September 6) in West Hollywood. The 30-year-old actress and new mama wore a cute tank with a screenprinted heart on it! Jess is already back to a workout schedule after giving birth to daughter Haven on August 13.

“Commit to 10 minutes a day for a week, then add another 10 until you get up to 40 minutes a day,” Jess told a Twitter follower of hers about a workout schedule. “It’s easier to ease into it.”
